Building on Well-being
Building on Well-being is a Workshop for Traveller Men. This will take place during the Mensana Week on the 11th October in St. Catherine's Community Services Centre, St. Joseph's Road, Carlow. There will be input on the day from Pavee Point, wellness Nurse Mary Byrne will be with the group and there will be a mindfulness session from Karl Duffy.
