A Summer of activities with Carlow Social Prescribing service

Carlow Social Prescribing Service is busy delivering our summer activities here in St Catherine’s C.S.C., These include art classes, chair yoga, make-up and skincare, introduction to fitness and exercise, mindfulness and self-care, and music and relaxation. These activities would not have been possible without the support of the Community Foundation Ireland fund and additional funding from the HSE. Over 50 people living within the Carlow town area have registered to engage in the summer activities and so far they have been a huge hit. If you would like to find out more about the Social prescribing service please contact Sinéad on 086-4147511
